Not at all. Every lesson is written for real women, not medical professionals. My job is to translate the science into plain language and practical steps you can actually use. If anything, the medical detail will feel clarifying — not overwhelming.
Body & Spirit is written from a Christian faith perspective, and Scripture is woven throughout. It is most meaningful for women who share that foundation. If you are exploring faith or come from a different tradition, you are welcome — but the course is explicitly faith-rooted, not faith-neutral.
Each module is designed to be completed in about 45–60 minutes, with additional time for the workbook prompts. Most women move through one module per week, completing the full course in 6 weeks. Because you have lifetime access, you can go at whatever pace serves you best.
No, and it's not designed to. Body & Spirit is an educational and wellness course — not a clinical service and not a substitute for your personal physician relationship. I always encourage you to work with your own doctor, especially for any specific medical concerns.
